No matter what you believe, Google is still where people go to look for services, not social media.

With an increase in searches since 2019 by 23% more people have been going to Google to look and search local agent near me, for instance, with 49,500 searches across the UK every month. - This isn't bashing any other platform, however, most agents become frustrated with the lead quality of the leads they get from social media, but you have to consider the customer journey, which on average is around 90 -180 days, this is where once you have a pixel on your landing page, you can cookie the visitor to your website and follow them around on retargeting ads, which is a complex series ads to keep the engagement over time. Google search ads is the number 1 search engine and here is where you can drive people to call you directly to ask about your services, it’s where you give Google the words, the website and push away unqualified people.

You will need a landing page, a particular website that is built for getting high quality valuation enquiries.

This website is unlike websites the typical agent uses, however running ads to your normal website in most cases result in spending money.

 You will also need to set up Google Conversion Tracking which you get from within the tools settings once you have set your Google Ad Account, which is free by the way.
